About Me
My design career began as soon as I could hold a crayon. I remember sitting in first grade and being asked by a teacher to draw a cartoon. From then on, my twin sister and I, yes she’s also a designer, became the go to artists for all school posters and flyers.
ART SCHOOL AND EARLY CAREER
I began my training at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale and worked my way through school at various design jobs, including an in-house art department for a luggage company where I designed my first real life brochure. At graduation I was nominated for best portfolio and won second place.
I quickly started working at a high paced design firm in Miami and gained much experience in all aspects of the design and print field. After 8 years running their art department , I struck out on my own and haven’t looked back since. I incorporated Sonic Art, Inc. in the year 2000 and continue to conceptualize, design and create.
